Frelvo ("we", "us", or "our") is a client portal platform for freelancers, operated at frelvo.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

• Business information — your business name, logo, brand color, and other profile details you add during onboarding.
• Client data — names, email addresses, and other details of clients you add to your workspace.
• Project and financial data — invoices, contracts, proposals, and time entries you create within the platform.
• Payment information — billing details for your Frelvo subscription are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Communications — messages sent through the platform between you and your clients.

We also collect information automatically:

• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
• Device information (operating system, screen resolution)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your subscription payments

All providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
